Because G³ BookLift™ delivers digital planning assets and campaign infrastructure on activation, purchases are non-refundable once your launch plan has been generated or your VIP strategy session has been scheduled. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the platform, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it or issue a partial credit at our discretion.
